Our lobby is open from 7am-12pm and 2pm-7pm daily. Care is provided 24 hours a day.

Holiday Lobby Hours are as follows:

Day before Thanksgiving: 7am-12pm
Thanksgiving Day: closed

Day after Thanksgiving: 2pm-7pm
12/23: 7am-12pm

12/24: closed
12/25: closed

12/26: 2pm-7pm

12/31: closed
1/1: closed

Once your dog has passed a behavior evaluation, you will be invited to log in to our Customer Portal through PetExec. There you will be able to request a reservation for boarding or daycare, upload your vet records and view your purchase history.
